These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the VITECH Church Management System platform and website (“Service”). By registering, subscribing or using VITECH, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the church or organisation you represent.
1. Platform description
VITECH is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform designed for churches, ministries and denominations. Each customer receives a logically isolated workspace for managing people, attendance, giving, finance, communication, ministries, events, pastoral care and related operations.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that users you invite comply with these Terms and your own data-protection obligations. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VITECH to:
- Send unsolicited or unlawful communications, including spam.
- Harass, discriminate against or harm individuals.
- Upload or distribute malicious software, illegal content or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, access another tenant’s data, or interfere with the platform.
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations that risk the platform, other tenants or individuals.
4. Data ownership and licences
You retain ownership of the data you and your authorised users submit to VITECH. You grant VITECH a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
5. Subscriptions, billing and termination
Access to certain features requires an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are presented at signup or in your workspace settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time; termination does not entitle you to refunds except where required by law. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a reasonable period and then securely deleted.
6. Warranties and liability
VITECH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability, security and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, VITECH’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
